- How to pay EMI through your Debit Card
How Debit Card EMI Works & Know How to Pay?
EMI’s or Equated Monthly Instalments are the best way to pay for all your expensive purchases over a reasonable tenure. Many online shopping platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, etc. offer you the facility of making EMI Payments through your Debit Card. This way, you can convert all your high-value transactions into easy instalments using your Debit Card.
With HDFC Bank, you can easily choose to pay your EMI’s on a wide range of products on multiple platforms with no minimum limit. Also, you must know that you need not have a credit card in order to avail this facility; your Debit Card will work just fine.
With no extra documentation or security deposit, you can easily pay your EMI’s with your Debit Card. Once your Savings or Current Account which is linked with your Debit Card is linked with the portal, your monthly payments will be deducted automatically.
How to pay EMI on Debit Card?
The process of making your EMI Payment through Debit Cards is very easy. All you have to do is:
- Choose your favourite product and add it to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout.
- If you are at a retail store, ask them for the EMI Option through Debit Card at the billing counter.
- Choose from a time tenure that seems most comfortable to you.
- Link the savings or current account that is linked with the Debit Card.
- Authorise the transaction by providing details like CVV, Expiry Date, Debit Card Number, etc.
- Authenticate the transaction by providing the 3D Pin and the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number.
With HDFC Bank, you can easily pay your EMI’s with your Debit Card. You can choose to repay the loan over a period of six months to one year with a comfortable interest rate of 15% p.a. You will also be charged relatively less as compared to transacting using a Credit Card.
