How to Log Into MyCards?

28 January, 2025

HDFC Bank Account holders may often have multiple relationships with the bank at one time. To allow such individuals to manage their accounts without hassle, HDFC Bank has introduced the MyCards progressive web-app (PWA). Under this web-app, you can add various HDFC Bank offerings. Keep reading on to know how you can log into MyCards and link products.

Steps To Log Into MyCards

Follow these steps to log into HDFC Bank MyCards:

  1. Go to the MyBanks login page and enter the registered mobile number (RMN).

  2. Enter the one-time password sent to the RMN for verification.

  3. You can now add five different HDFC Bank products in the MyBanks portal.

How To Add HDFC Bank Products in MyCards

Once you log into MyCards, you can click on the ‘Add’ option. You can add the following products:

  • Debit Card: You need to enter the last four digits of your HDFC Bank Debit Card and your date of birth.

  • Credit Card: To add your HDFC Bank Credit Card, all you have to do is enter the last four digits of the card.

  • Debit Card EMI: You must add the 16-Digit AAN number associated with the EMI on your HDFC Bank Debit Card.

  • Consumer Durable Loans: Enter your HDFC Bank’s Consumer Durable Loan account number.

  • FASTag: Once you click on Add > FASTag, the MyCards portal retrieves the prepaid FASTag wallets linked to your HDFC Bank Account.

So long as your registered mobile number remains the same, you can add multiple accounts under each category.

Important Points To Note

  • In the MyCards webapp, you can only add active cards and ongoing accounts. If a card has been previously blocked or is inactive due to expiry, you cannot add such cards.

  • You can access MyCards on multiple devices including smartphones, computers, tablets, etc. However, you can only log into one device at a time. Simultaneous attempts to log into MyCards from another device can cause the previous active session to end.

  • If the RMN is different for different products, the login for accessing the linked accounts will be different. For instance, you may have linked your primary mobile number to your Debit Card and Credit Card and secondary mobile number for FASTag and Consumer Durable Loans. You can link your Debit and Credit Cards under one log in and FASTag and Loans under another.

  • You can remove or delink the added products at will. You can also re-add the products as many times as you desire, provided the cards or loans are active.

Final Note: The MyCards web-app requires no app installations on any devices. You must save the MyCards link in your browser and log in at any time using the registered mobile number. You can avoid the hassle of having to remember login credentials for individual accounts.

Enjoy seamless login with MyCards to access your HDFC Bank products from anywhere, at any time.
