Documents Required for PAN Card Application
As an Indian Citizen applying for a PAN Card, you need to fill form 49A and provide one copy each of your age, ID, and address proof document from this list of accepted documents:

Documents Needed for PAN Card For Companies to Apply
Business Establishments applying for PAN Cards must provide the following documents based on company type or category they fall into:
Type of Entity | Required Documents |
Indian Registered Company | Certificate of Registration issued by the Registrar of Companies. |
Firm in India | Certificate of Registration issued by the Registrar of Limited Liability Partnership/Firms or Partnership deed. |
Association of Persons (Trusts) in India | Trust Deed or Certificate of Registration Number issued by the Charity Commissioner. |
Company registered outside India | Registration Certificate issued by India or approval from Indian Authority to set up an office in India; or Certificate of Registration from the applicant's country (attested by 'Apostille' or Indian Embassy/High Commission/Consulate). |

Documents Required for PAN Card for Students and Minors
Students or minors applying for PAN Card must also submit a copy each of their Address and ID proof from the following list of accepted documents:
