1. How can I buy the One Pune Transit Card?

You can visit your nearest Pune metro station and request the ticketing operator to issue the One Pune Transit Card.

2. Are there any documents required to purchase the card?

Since the One Pune Transit Card is a mass transit card, you are not required to provide any verification details.

3. Can individuals aged 18 and below apply for the One Pune Transit Card?

Yes, commuters of all age groups can purchase the One Pune Transit Card.

4. How do I use the One Pune Transit Card at a metro station?

Once you receive your card, it needs to be loaded with money post which you may simply tap the card on the specified area on the automatic gates/validator and again at the destination station.

5. What is the validity of One Pune Transit Card?

Your One Pune Transit Card has a validity of 5 years. You can use the card until the chip in the card is accepted at the gates and the card is not damaged.

6. How can I top-up my One Pune Transit Card?

The following are the different ways you can recharge your One Pune Transit Card:

  • You can top-up the card by logging on the customer portal. Click here to visit the customer portal.

  • Visit your nearest NCMC-enabled Metro Station* and request the Ticket counter operator for a top-up.

  • Visit the Kiosk/ATVM installed at NCMC-enabled Metro Station* and simply follow the instructions mentioned on the screen for the top-up.

  • Below is the mode of payment accepted at various channels for top-up.

    • TOM: Cash, UPI and Cards

    • Kiosk/ATVM and Customer Portal: Cards and NetBanking

7. What is the minimum and maximum limit for topping up the One Pune Transit Card?

There is no minimum limit for card top-ups. However, the maximum limit is ₹3,000 at a time. (The maximum limit for chip balance is ₹2,000 and the total maximum card balance is ₹3,000).

8. Can I use the One Pune Transit Card for payments outside of Pune?

Yes, you can. The card provides travellers with the benefit of cashless travel across India at all NCMC-enabled metro and bus stations.

9. Do I need to be an HDFC Bank Account holder to access all the features of the One Pune Transit Card?

Since the card is issued at the Pune metro station counter for the purpose of commuting, there is no need for the holder to be an HDFC Bank customer. Any individual can get the card instantly.

10. What if my card is lost or stolen?

If the card is lost or stolen, the balance available in the offline wallet cannot be refunded as per regulatory guidelines. Similarly, in case the card is damaged, the card cannot be replaced and the balance available on the card cannot be refunded. You can visit the Pune metro station to get a new card.

11. What are the service charges levied on the One Pune Transit Card?

On issuance of the card, 18% GST will be applied to the issuance fees. 1.8% or ₹12 fees (whichever is less) + GST will be applied on card top-up.

12. How do I report a transaction dispute incurred using my One Pune Transit Card?

To report a dispute transaction for One Pune Transit Card you can contact the customer support Centre at 022-45000800 or you can also send an email at hdfcpunemetro@support-paycraftsol.com.

13. What is balance sync and how can I update my balance?

Balance sync is performed to transfer host balance to chip balance which can further be used at transit. When a customer performs a top-up via the customer portal, the amount is added to the host balance. To use it in transit, one must mandatorily perform balance sync by visiting the Kiosk /ATVM/TR installed at Pune metro stations and simply following the on-screen instructions to balance sync.

14. Can I withdraw the balance available on the One Pune Transit Card at the ATM?

The One Pune Transit Card doesn’t support cash withdrawals at ATMs. The balance available in the card can only be utilised in transit once it has been topped up.

15. Can I use this card for retail and e-commerce purchases?

One Pune Transit Card can only be used for travel purposes. Besides this, it cannot be used for retail and e-commerce purchases.
