4. What is the tenure of the FoodPlus Prepaid Card 
Your FoodPlus Prepaid Card remains active for five years, retaining its validity until the final working day of the month mentioned on your card.

5. Where does the FoodPlus Prepaid Card find its utility? 
Your card is valid at all food and beverage outlets and online for Ecom transactions ( restricted to Food & Beverage) including Swiggy, Zomato.

6.How can one administer the FoodPlus Prepaid Card 
Administer your card with ease via our Prepaid Card NetBanking Portal. Track your balance, peruse your transaction history, manage your spending limits, subscribe to e-statements, alter your PIN, and secure your card

7. How do we update the FoodPlus Prepaid Card password? 
Simply sign in to our Prepaid Card NetBanking portal, navigate to 'Manage My Profile,' select 'Change Password,' and follow the prompts to ensure your credentials are up-to-date.


8.What's the cap on loading funds to the FoodPlus Prepaid Card 
Companies can load a maximum of Rs. 2 lakhs for full KYC cards.

9. Are transaction alerts provided for the FoodPlus Prepaid Card 
Absolutely, each transaction triggers an alert to your registered mobile number, and you can also monitor activity anytime via the Prepaid Card NetBanking Portal.

10. What steps should be taken if the card is misplaced or stolen? 
If your card ever falls into the wrong hands, promptly block it through the Prepaid Card NetBanking Portal under Account Tab >> Block lost/Stolen card or contact our Phone Banking service at 1800 1600/1800 2600 for immediate assistance.

11. What should one do if they detect unauthorized transactions? 
Should you notice any transactions that weren't authorized by you, it's crucial to inform HDFC Bank without delay and have your card blocked or hotlisted to prevent further misuse. You can do so by contacting our Phone Banking service at 1800 1600/1800 2600


12. How can I change my demographic details?

Don't worry! We're here to help you update your details quickly and easily. 

For Mobile Number / Email ID: 

  1. Log In to the Prepaid Card Netbanking Portal: 

  1. Update Your Contact Information: 

  • Click on Manage My Profile. 

  • Go to Contact Information and select Edit. 

  • Enter your new mobile number or email ID and verify the changes using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. 


Your details will be updated instantly, and you’ll receive a confirmation via SMS on your registered mobile number. Please let us know if you need assistance at any step, and we'll be happy to help. 

For Address Update: 

  1. Submit Your Application: 

  • Visit your nearest HDFC Bank branch at a time that’s convenient for you. 

  • Submit a signed application for "Change in Address" along with a documentary proof of your new address. Please bring the original documents for verification. 

We understand the importance of having your correct address on file. Your mailing address will be updated within 7 working days once we receive and verify your application and documents. Thank you for your patience and cooperation. 


13. How can I get my card statement ?
After you have logged into Prepaid Card NetBanking portal
•    Select option "Account" >> "Request Statement" >> “Submit” >> Select Date Range >> "Submit".

14. How can I transfer the balance from old card to new card ?
Kindly liaise with your corporate SPOC Admin, for balance transfer from old card to new card as request should flow to the Bank via Corporate SPOC Admin.

15. Is there any Issuance or Annual Fees for Foodplus card?
Kindly refer to https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/pay/cards/prepaid-cards/foodplus-card/fees-and-charges  for all fees and charges applicable.

16. How do I replace my card since card is expired and have card balance in it?
Kindly liaise with your corporate SPOC Admin, since for card replacement; request should flow to the Bank via Corporate SPOC Admin.

17. How do I change my ATM PIN ?
After you have logged into Prepaid Card NetBanking portal, you can change your PIN using the "Account" and 'Set ATM PIN' option in the top part of the screen.
