HDFC Bank Integrates with Rajasthan Revenue Portal for Seamless Tax Payments

Jaipur, February 11, 2025: HDFC Bank, India’s leading private sector bank, today announced that it is now live on the Rajasthan Online Government Receipts Accounting System (e-GRAS). This integration with e-GRAS, a platform for collection of tax/non-tax revenue, will enable HDFC Bank customers to pay their state government taxes and dues online through various channels of the Bank.

At the back end, the facility will be powered by HDFC Bank CollectNow, an omnichannel collections solution that seamlessly integrates online payments. The new service will enable customers to make real-time tax payments like commercial taxes (VAT, GST, professional tax), excise duties, stamp duties and registration fees, motor vehicle taxes, electricity duties, and many more. Retail and corporate customers will be able to make payments via net banking, multi-net banking, credit cards, and debit cards.

Further, customers will be able to access receipts of their tax payment transactions instantly ensuring enhanced security and reliability throughout the payment process.

To start making tax payments, registered customers simply need to visit the Rajasthan e-GRAS website and select “HDFC Bank” as a payment bank from the list of authorised banks. Once all the details are filled in and verified, customers can authenticate transactions using their credentials. Further, other banks’ customers can also make their payments using multi-net banking.

As on December 31st, 2024, HDFC Bank has 497 branches in Rajasthan and is present in all districts of the state. Earlier, the Bank celebrated its 25th anniversary in the state. Across the country, the Bank’s distribution network as of December 31st,, 2024 stands at 9,143 branches and 21,049 ATMs across 4,101 cities / towns. A total of 51% of the Bank's branches are in semi-urban and rural areas. In addition, the Bank has 15,196 business correspondents, which are primarily manned by Common Service Centres (CSC).
