Steps To Update/Link Your PAN


Updating or linking your PAN details with your HDFC Bank FASTag wallet is as simple as sending a request via email with a scanned copy of the PAN and your FASTag wallet details to our email help desk - fastagsupport@1pay.in. Things To Keep In Mind


  • The PAN update/linking request must be sent from your registered email ID. If you want to update your email ID, you may raise a service request by logging into the FASTag Customer Service Portal

  • The scanned copy of the PAN is clear and legible. An unclear image could result in delays or rejections

  • The name in your PAN should match the name updated in your FASTag wallet to avoid discrepancies

  • You can add ‘PAN Linking/Update Request <wallet ID/Vehicle No.>’ to the subject line for our team to identify and fast track your request

  • Provide details of your FASTag wallet such as the HDFC Bank Wallet ID, Vehicle Registration Number or your Registered Mobile Number for our team to quickly identify and action on the request
