How to update KYC in FASTag

Online KYC (v-KYC) Steps:

Update the KYC for your FASTag Wallet via new Video-KYC feature. To proceed with v-KYC, please click here.

Enter Mobile & PAN number & click on “Complete Full KYC” & follow the steps.

Documents Required for v-KYC: Original PAN & Aadhar Card
Offline KYC (Complete KYC through HDFC Branch):

In-case you are unable to complete the online v-KYC process for your FASTag Wallet, please visit nearest HDFC Branch & Submit the copy of below mentioned documents for offline KYC request. All documents submitted by customer should be Self-Attested along with OSV done by Branch.
- Aadhaar /Virtual ID Card (*first 8-digit Masked mandatory)
- Registration Certificate (RC) copy
- PAN copy
- Photograph
- Aadhar declaration form (click here to download)

Note:

Your KYC will be updated in 3 working days from the date of submission.
Offline KYC Update will be rejected, in-case first 8-digits of Aadhar Number are not masked.

KYC and FASTag recharge limit

Min KYC wallets are capped at ₹10,000/- per month on loading as well as usage. These wallets are valid for a period of 24 months only, beyond which the wallet will be credit-freeze to meet regulatory guidelines.
Full KYC wallets enjoy unrestricted usage (wallet balance should not exceed ₹2 Lakh at any given time) and extended validity.

How to check KYC status in FASTag wallet

Log in to HDFC Bank FASTag Portal.
Navigate to the ‘Profile’ section from the available options at the top of the screen.
The KYC status will either be Min KYC or Full KYC.
If the KYC status of your wallet is Min KYC, you can complete your KYC within the 24 months validity to continue enjoying your FASTag without any service interruptions. Make sure you have PAN & Aadhaar details ready to complete your KYC.
