Locate the nearest Airtel store by entering your PIN code on the Airtel Thanks app or website.
At the store, inform a representation that you wish to migrate from Airtel postpaid to prepaid.
Fill out a migration form with the necessary details.
Confirm that you have cleared your previous dues on your postpaid bill.
Verify your number by providing the OTP sent to your Airtel mobile number.
With OTP verification, the process to shift your prepaid mobile plan to postpaid begins. It can take a few hours to activate.
After activation, you can choose your preferred prepaid plan and recharge your account.
