What is the Consent Connect Portal (CCP)?

The CCP is your personal privacy dashboard. It allows you to:

  • View what data you’ve shared with the Bank.

  • Choose how we use your personal data for consent-based purposes—against different product and services of the bank

  • Update your Consent Choices anytime.

  • Withdraw consent whenever you wish.

Please note, the Bank may retain or continue using your personal data where the law allows us or requires us to do so. For instance, we will share your personal data with regulators such as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
