Who is eligible to use FlexiPay?

To use the FlexiPay payment plan, you have to hold an HDFC Bank Debit Card. Thus, you have to be a Current or Savings Account holder at HDFC Bank. Do note that only pre-approved customers are eligible for flexipay since it is an invite only productions.

HDFC Bank also restricts the loan amount that you can avail of. The minimum loan amount for FlexiPay is ₹1,000, whereas the maximum is capped at ₹20,000.

Where can you use FlexiPay?

You can use FlexiPay online as a payment option and find it on your preferred platform’s checkout page. It is an added feature, and you can apply it to the primary options of your Debit Card and Credit Card. 

How does FlexiPay work?

FlexiPay allows you to access a digital line of credit for a maximum tenure of 90 days. While the interest due is debited from your account as per the due date, you can pay the principal at the end of the tenure.

To use the service online, you have to follow the steps given below:

  • When you arrive at the check-out page on any shopping portal or PoS enabled merchants in store, select HDFC Bank FlexiPay.

  • Next, enter your HDFC Bank registered mobile number.

  • Select the tenure of your choice and enter the last 4 digits on HDFC Bank Debit Card or PAN numeric 4 digits. Also, check the terms and conditions box.

  • Plugin the OTP you receive on your mobile number for verification.
