Hotlist Card & Re-issue Card

(Permanently block card)

  • Login into MyCards(using Registered Mobile number & OTP)>>Under the respective Credit card>>Click 'Block Card' option>>Follow the steps to submit your request.
  • Customers holding active Credit card can use the related card details.
  • This will permanently block the existing Card.
  • This is not to be considered as closure of the respective Card.
  • In case of fraudulent transaction, please ensure to register a transaction dispute.
  • Unbilled transactions on the card will reflect after 2-5 days. And to know your latest transactions or balance, please check the Transactions tab.

Replace Card

(Replace existing card at your mailing address)

  • Login into MyCards(using Registered Mobile number & OTP)>>Under the respective Credit card>>Click 'Services' option>>Under Security choose 'Replace Card'>>Follow the steps to submit your request.
  • Customers holding active Credit card can use the related card details.
  • Credit Card damaged/non-functional can be replaced with this option.
