Important Notification - Periodic updation of KYC

It's compulsory for you to periodically update and confirm your KYC (Address & ID details)


We want to bring to your attention that as per RBI, it's compulsory for you to update your KYC (Address & ID details) with your bank periodically.


Here's how you can do it easily:

  1. Step 1: Download Re-KYC Form

  2. Step 2: Affix recent passport size colour photograph

  3. Step 3: Attach supporting (self-attested ID & Address Proof) documents with your duly filled and signed Re-KYC form

  4. ​​​​​​​Step 4: Post the self-attested documents and duly filled Re-KYC form to HDFC Bank Cards Division, PO BOX # 8654. Thiruvanmiyur PO Chennai - 600 041


Here are two reasons why you should update/reconfirm your address periodically. 

  1. You will be able to receive your Credit Card Statement, Reissued/upgraded Credit Card and other significant letters at the correct address.

  2. You will be compliant with the extant RBI guidelines on periodic updation of KYC.
