- How is loss of passport, documents and tickets compensated?
In the case of a loss, Bharti AXA will pay the expenses incurred to obtain a duplicate or fresh passport and stolen documents. - What happens in case of delay in receiving checked in baggage?
Travel Insurance compensates for loss and delay of the checked in baggage. - How can I renew my policy?

A Third-Party Administrator (TPA) or Emergency Service Provider would service the insured’s claim and arrange among other things, cashless facility for a hospitalization treatment. Call 844-691-8883 (For Canada), 844-691-8885 (For USA) or +91 11 47324403 (For any other part of the world) anytime, for any assistance while traveling. - Can the policy be extended?
The policy period can be extended only for Travel Insurance products for Non-Schengen countries. For extension, Contact Bharti AXA at 080-49010200. - What is a deductible?
It is the deductible amount that has to be borne by the insured at the time of a claim. The deductible is applicable for medical expenses, dental treatment, loss of passport or documents, delayed checked baggage, hijack distress allowance, etc.
