Repayment Modes for Jumbo Loan

Jumbo Loan - Repayment details:

• The EMI for Insta Jumbo Loan is billed on a virtual Jumbo Loan Account number AAN and the AAN is shared in SMS, email and Amortization schedule after the loan is successfully booked.
• The EMI billing date is as mentioned in the amortization schedule
• EMI will be billed in the monthly Jumbo Loan account statement starting from the immediate billing cycle date.
• The EMI should be paid in full towards the Jumbo Loan Account Number AAN number which is mentioned in the amortization schedule, loan confirmation SMS and all payment reminders.

Modes of Re-Payment:

For customers with a HDFC Bank saving account

• The payment towards Jumbo loan is done by Autopay for all customers having savings account with HDFC bank mandatorily.
• Savings account will be debited for the total amount due on the payment due date as indicated in the Jumbo Loan monthly statement or within 5 working days from the payment due date
• Sufficient balance must be maintained in savings account

For customers not having a HDFC Bank saving account

Customers not having savings account with HDFC can pay towards the Jumbo Loan Account number AAN via the following modes. The Jumbo Loan Account number AAN is mentioned in the amortization schedule, loan confirmation SMS, email and all payment reminders.

1. Demand Draft – Demand draft needs to be deposited with Jumbo Loan Account number AAN as beneficiary.
2. NEFT/RTGS – Customers can make direct payments from other bank accounts by adding Jumbo Loan Account number AAN as beneficiary. Provided below are the details of beneficiary bank.
