Our Daily Transaction Limit per customer ID is capped at Rs. 50 Lakhs. For certain Credit Card bill payments, the limit ranges from Rs. 15,000 - 50,000 per transaction. Transactions above this limit can be carried out via NetBanking using NEFT, IMPS & BillPay.
Note: Specific transactions like Tax payments, Mutual Fund investments and Stock purchases are exempted from these transfer limits.
Please note that any dispute related to transactions done via DirectPay will only be considered for investigation, if reported within 180 days of the transaction date.
