New Formats of monthly and quarterly DDP and Custodian reports to SEBI effective 1 March 2024

Standing operating procedures ( SOP - ISSUED ON  22- MAY-2024 ) has been framed by the DDPs, Custodians, Depositories and Exchanges, in consultation with SEBI, for implementation of the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/AFD/AFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2023/148 issued on August 24, 2023.

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION OF FOREIGN PORTFOLIO INVESTORS – 2nd August 2024

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), in respect of SEBI circular (SEBI/HO/AFD/AFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024/77) dated June 05, 2024 providing framework for flexibility to FPIs in dealing with securities post expiry of their registration. SOP has been framed by the CDSSF, in consultation with SEBI, for implementation of the SEBI circular.

HDFC Bank is the custodian to National Securities Clearing Corporation of India (NSCCL), Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX), MCX-SX Stock Exchange (MCX-SX), National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange of India (NCDEX), ACE Derivatives & Commodities Exchange (ACE), OTC Exchange of India (OTCEI) and Indian Commodity Exchange (ICEX). Clearing members of these exchanges can open Demat accounts with the bank and hold securities against their base capital and additional base capital margin requirements.
