HDFC Bank is an authorised Agency bank for collection of Custom Duty through online platform.
Customers can pay their custom duty through Retail and Corporate Netbanking platform of HDFC Bank.
Payment can be initiated and authorised from 4:00 AM till 10:45 PM.
Customers are requested to authorise the transaction completely within prescribed time window for same day payment of Custom Duty. Transactions pending for authorisation beyond prescribed time window will be expired and customers will have to re-initiate payment on ICEGATE portal on next day.
Customers are advised to use ‘Verify’ option on ICEGATE portal under ‘Incomplete Transactions’ to get the updated status from bank.
