Steps:

  1. Click here: https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/
  2. Enter your Customer ID (mentioned on your cheque book)
    If you have forgotten your Customer ID, click on Forgot Customer ID.
  3. Enter IPIN/Password
    If you have forgotten your IPIN/Password, click on Forgot Password. Follow steps given.

How to reset your NetBanking Password?

Steps:

  1. Click on https://netbanking.hdfcbank.com/netbanking/
  2. Enter Customer ID
  3. Click on Forgot IPIN
  4. Enter OTP
  5. Enter Debit Card details
  6. Set new IPIN

How to pay bills online via NetBanking?

Steps:

  3. Enter IPIN/Password

Follow steps given:

  • Enter Customer ID
  • Choose Verification Method
  • Enter details as required
